QuantV December 2022 | Single Player | With Google Drive | 1.0.0

I noticed Quant decided to start getting rid of the base mod files that is required. He use to put it on a google drive but when he releases a new version he deletes the old base mod link, virtually making the old files useless. All in a effort to stop leakers, but I got you.

I downloaded the base mod ages ago and threw it in the folder, it's been sitting on my desktop for ages, so I thought lets help a few people out and leak it. 

I'm 99% sure this is the latest SinglePlayer release nor do I care, it might be might not be. Anyway it all works perfectly, tested in SinglePlayer and LSPDFR. Hope you enjoy I probably wont update this ever. I might leak the 2023 January FiveM QuantV just depends when I can get my greasy hands on it : )
