Common Download Issues using the Site

You do not have Permission to download this file!

This error occurs for a couple of reasons and can easily be explained:

1. You have reached your MAX DOWNLOADS for the day and can only be fixed if you upgrade your account our new users who are snails get 10 downloads a day
2. You have not downloaded 10 files today and you still are getting the following error... every time you click download button on a file if it completes or fails it will still count as a download.
3. You have reached a Prime only download which can only be downloaded if you have prime.

My Download keeps failing with a network error in the middle of download!

We understand how this can be upsetting but snails have a throttled download speed to save us on bandwidth and this can only be fixed with an upgrade from snail to any other rank turbo works the best for the cheapest solution. We have noticed sometimes users internet slow download speeds can effect downloading files and fail the download.
